Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of Coastal Web Curation’s website and any services we provide. By accessing this site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services & estimates

Service scopes, pricing, and timelines are defined in written proposals, invoices, or statements of work. Any estimate is non-binding unless confirmed in writing. Changes to scope may require additional time and fees.

2. Client responsibilities

Our total liability for any claim related to services will not exceed the amounts paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the three (3) months before the event (or the project total, whichever is lower), unless a different limitation is required by law.

8. Termination

Either party may end services with written notice, subject to payment for work completed and any non-cancellable costs. For ongoing plans, cancellation terms are defined in your plan agreement.
